He's a solid #2 or #3 for sure.

Kingston. Flemings.

Yeah, this was my thought as well. Acuff is slightly better offensively, but Flemings is the more complete player and plays much better defense. They are very close, but I'd give the nod to Flemings.

"Advanced on-off plus minus data" & "Historical information" seem like some bullshite. That's one site with questionable criteria.

Watch Acuff play. Then you will STFU.

I've watched both play against Auburn. In our first game Acuff had a decent game but didn't exactly blow my doors off. I didn't watch our last game since we had a rotation of 6 players and our best player was out, but he on obviously went off.

Flemings was extremely impressive against us. And Flemings has better PER, better win shares and win shares per 40 mins, as well as box plus/minus. Acuff scores more points due to being a high usage player, but he falls behind defensively as Flemings is a top notch defender. Flemings is also projected to go higher in the draft on most all mocks I've seen.

Yeah what really sets Acuff apart is his passing and vision. Obviously he is a MUCH better shooter than Flemings too.

Not to mention they played H2H and Acuff had 27/7 (9 of 15) to Fleming's 21/5 (7 of 15) and they guarded each other.

Like every other great talent Calipari lands I find myself asking how they aren’t better. How do you lose when you have such a dominant player and talent all around him. Crazy.

If he were a giant douchebag who sexually harassed coeds, he get more out of such elite talent.

Kentucky 2.0 fans like hawgfaninc love hyperbole. It's cute because they haven't had anything to talk about since the 80's.

I was in college in the early 90’s. My brain was saturated with hops and bong smoke but seem to remember we were pretty good then…

The thread clearly states Acuff is the best PG Cal has had, which is objectively true by every metric.

"Best" and "statistically best" are generally different when it comes to sports evaluations.

Wouldn't you have to include the supporting casts of all of the players to be able compare them fairly/ I mean if Acuff is the only guy on the team that can shoot or get open for Acuff to pass off to, then yeah, I guess he would have to score more than the others. And I don't even to basketball.

I've watched him play multiple times this season. Auyushu hit on all the correct points and lets not forget, the Big 12 is a much more difficult conference than the SEC

Also, the records speak for themselves

Love it when other fans hate my coach. Music to my ears. Cope harder.

So, you don't watch State basketball but watch every Razorback basketball game to have an opinion on Acuff? Oy vey
