re: Daniel Hood has a new position and a new look

He will always be known by most opposing fans as the plunger rapist and TN will be guilty by association for giving him a chance. That is just the way t works. However, unless and until he screws up his second chance, I won't jump on the hate bandwagon.

I know he is a public figure now(sort of), but some of yall need to show some compassion to all of it. Especially the christians on this board. In my opinion what happened there is between him, his cousin, and his family. They were minors at the time and the law protects minors.

This is some pretty sick stuff. Daniel was only 13 at the time. I think his friend had a terrible influence on him. His friend was 16 at the time and ended up getting 10 years in jail. I feel sorry for the girl.

Hood is fricking sick in the head, and I would be discusted if he represented my program

This happened when Daniel Hood was 13. He paid the price and hasn't been involved in any incident of any kind since then. His cousin even came out and asked everyone to "FORGIVE HIM..SINCE SHE HAD". "DON'T PUNISH HIM FOR SOMETHING HE DID SIX YEAR AGO" is what she said when colleges were debating on whether to sign him.

His cousin has forgiven him, she asked the public to forgive him. The guy has ever been in ANY type of trouble since then.

What happened was wrong. It was terrible but he will have to live with this the rest of his life and so will his and the victim's family.
