Decision to be made on whether to go pro or transfer.
Mizzou is now replacing the entire regular starting defense from last year, along with the starting QB and WR group. Wild times.

You mean the guy who failed to honor his commitment to Georgia is now going to bail on Missouri? What a shocker.

I dont think he bailed on Missouri. I dont think he was under a contract for next season yet.

So, you have to be under contract to stay loyal to your team?
God, I hate what's happening to college football.

No offense but being under a contract didn’t stop him from bailing

Drink says he has does 2 year deals, maybe there was an exception but idk.
Bet he goes to osu

Drink said he prefers 2 years deals when it makes sense and he can make it work. He has said it is nowhere near everyone being on 2 year deals.

While I agree, I think he doesn't make that mistake twice imo. But perhaps maybe he didnt learn.

These days? Yes. If he isn't under contract and can get more money by going elsewhere, nothing wrong with that these days.

Right, and you would think this one would make sense to do a two year deal with..

It would have been worth the attempt, for sure. But if Wilson thought he would have a great year it would not have been in his best interest to do a 2 year deal. If you are confident in yourself and you are not at top shelf money, 2 year deals dont make much sense for players other than the fear of getting injured.

And then you've got players like Wilson who go elsewhere even when they've signed a contract.
Again, I hate what's happened to college football.

I was pretty surprised OSU didn't get him the first time but cash always is talking these days
We'll see.

But that isn't what has happened here, or at least there are no reports of it happening here (regarding leaving while under contract).

I'm talking about what he did at Georgia. He signed a deal with Georgia, bolts a months later, and now he's leaving Missouri. Three teams in three years, and it will likely continue. That's what I hate.

cash wasn't the only reason, although it was the biggest reason. There was a coaching connecting involved.

Maybe he’s going back to UGA to settle both lawsuits

So most of these NIL collectives, essentially, only require players to suit up for a handful of games and do some NIL photo shoots? All the while the player collects a fat check and can then bolt?
