I think the part about still being on the team is false. The article says it in the title, but the article does not say he is on the team. In all the other articles I have read, none of them say he is on the team.

This has been in the news the last couple wks. What we know so far:
Complaint made to LSU Title IX and police last yr.
Title IX investigation found male student ath to be guilty or responsible for said rape. Was punished two semester suspension... this makes no fricking sense.
DA has not prosecuted the case for some reason. Not much info here to date. Recent publicity has motivated DA to relook at the case. It is an election yr BTW...
There was a player who was not listed with team at beginning of the season but magically reappeared and posted "I'm back." Pretty sure this player has not played a down this season.
I dont think any LSU fan has any problem with this player being prosecuted if warranted. Stay tuned
Meanwhile Ole Miss is playing an ex LSU player that was arrested last year in first week of Fall camp for harboring non students that were wanted for murder in his on campus apt...
