The funniest part about all this is we only went after this kid because the first LB we signed from the portal ended up being tampered with by FSU and flipped after signing.

Second hand embarrassed for Clemson here. Even if Pete gets in trouble, which I generally doubt, Dabo effectively admitted to tampering himself to get Luke in the first place and tampering is only a level 2 violation. At worst, Pete would get suspended against an FCS school.
