Lane Kiffin (50): $13 million - 0 P4 conference titles, 0 CFP appearances
Ryan Day (46) : $12.6 million - 3 Big 10 titles, 6 CFP appearances, 1 national title
Lincoln Riley (42): $11.5 million - 4 Big 12 titles, 3 CFP appearances
Dabo Swinney (56): $11.4 million - 9 ACC titles, 7 CFP appearances, 2 national titles
Steve Sarkisian (51): $10.8 million - 1 Big 12 title, 2 CFP appearances
Dan Lanning (39): $10.4 million - 1 Big 10 title, 3 CFP appearances

Although this is a true statement, it is also stupid one. It was the first HC job for all but Sark. Hard to win a conference or make the playoffs before you become a head coach!!

Only one of those coaches has had more than one head coaching job. Sark has been head coach at multiple schools - Washington, USC, Texas. He and Lanning are the two on your list that have not won a title, but Lanning isn’t even 40 years old.
Combined, those 5 coaches have had 7 different head coaching jobs.
LSU is Kiffin’s 6th different head coaching stop.

That is not a nice thing to say about Oregon.
You couldn’t have been talking about Kiffin because USC is a borderline blue blood and Tennessee is a higher tier program than LSU.

At least Dabo and Sarkisian are getting paid for what they've done at their current school. Lincoln is getting paid for what he did at his previous school.
