Yes, well each win 50% - y’all have been lucky as all get out since we’ve been playing in the Big D - especially after you joined the SEC - seven of the games you won in Arlington were by one score or less and three went into OT - as shitty a run against the SEC we’ve had over the past decade during a time when y’all have been perceived as world beaters ought to give you pause.

FFS, we are on our 3rd (arguably 4th) coach since we’ve been here, and none of those changes because he was hired away.

We’ve had flashes, but coping by saying we have been some sort of juggernaut is just sad.

it's actually quite a long and interesting, competitive series dating back 100 years. a good cross-border rivalry that's only going to get stronger.

played 60 times dating back to 1899.

I had no idea that there was so many games in this series...

Looking at Winsipedia... it looks like there were 46 games before A&M joined the conference. That is a lot for a non conference matchup...

Looks like they had three or four periods where they played each other every year punctuated by a decade break... Kind of an unusual way for a series to be arranged.

If actually be interested to know where it ranks for number of games between non-conference rivals.

Clearly, big games like Texas-OU and USC-Notre Dame will be at the top, but “less than reliably annual” games like this should have their own category.
