You can't just go by videos, you have to have ALL the facts. What happened that wasn't captured on video ?

Looks like the JSO has systemic problems. Look at this:
10/31: Jacksonville officer's arrest is 2nd involving misconduct, abuse of authority in weeks
“The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced the second similar arrest of an employee in about five weeks, the latest being an officer accused of inappropriate conduct with a crime victim.
“John C. Burgos, 35, was charged Thursday morning with false imprisonment of an adult and battery causing bodily harm, according to jail records. Brian Kee, director of Personnel and Professional Standards at the Sheriff's Office, said the six-year officer has been suspended without pay and will be terminated.…
“His arrest follows similar misconduct charges against another officer on Sept. 24. A woman said Reginald Reynard McKinney made aggressive advances toward her during a traffic stop followed by inappropriate physical contact. Sheriff T.K. Waters also said the officer had turned his body-worn camera off.”

Interesting contrast between this, which true, shows bad policing, and the one of the two older guys getting railed by the po-lice, which, having heard nothing else, is presumably the attendees' faults.
Having said that, you do not litigate your case on the street with the police. You disagree, record even, and sue later.
While true, I have a problem with police holding people accountable for their actions while being actively tased.
Once it gets to that point, fight or flight takes over. I don't think any of us can say that we would be compliant when the electricity is pulsing through our bodies. Often police a yelling to stop resisting when the suspect is only reacting to the taser itself. I think the only way to remain complaint is to have been trained to do so while being tased.
I am not going to excuse the use of the n* word but from the video posted that guy did not need to be tased. He did push the cop's hand away which gave police who have no desire to deescalate an opening. After the tasing the encounter is predictable and likely partly out of the control of the suspect.
Just piss poor police work.

It doesn’t matter what he was doing, no matter how one encounters a representative of the state one must comply or die. Can’t have citizens questioning the authority of the state. Citizens rights ONLY matter in interactions where the state is uninvolved. When the state say jump by god start jumping….comply or die….it’s a simple concept. The state is infallible…. you civic duty is to comply or die.
Which it also why police have to be held to such a high standard. They have all of the power. When they abuse it they have to face severe criminal penalties. With the power comes the responsibility.

Why does “white guy” matter so much as to mention multiple times?
Because it's the obstacle to getting anyone to care about this.

Video evidence is far, far, far more credible and accurate than witness testimony.
And the one video seems to clearly show a guy on the ground simply trying to cover his head with both arms as a cop rains down punches on him. From the video, it appears the fan is in a completely defensive posture and is in no way threatening the cop at the time. Yet the cop continues beating the hell out of him while people are screaming “they’re killing him.”. That is pretty much the definition of police brutality. The cop was in a blind rage and was going to make that guy pay. The problem is the cops aren’t supposed to be judge, jury and executioner. And it was all on video. The fact the international news media has picked this up AND the fact there were two seemingly egregious incidents at the same game is what actually might get the department to levy some kind of punishment.

Had we known THE FULL details of the event BEFORE the video clip, we can make a true take on this.
But to just randomly jump to an opinion from 1 short clip at a public event with TONS of audience & numerous event cameras isn’t wise.

So they beat up people in two separate incidents at the same game?

So give just a singular example of what could have occurred prior to the video clip that requires the black cop to utilize his handcuffs as a weapon to bludgeon the guy..

The guy was attacking the cop with something in his hands: phone, camera, binoculars, keys, etc..

This is the problem with dumb fricks like you. Your mouth is so full of boot polish and blue cock that you’ll defend any bullshite action even when your eyes see the truth. You don’t have to be Antifa or any other extremist to call this bullshite out. You’re so fricking ignorant that you’ve equated not giving full throated support to this as extremism. frick you, you worthless piece of shite.
My what an unhinged and low IQ outburst for such a beautiful Sunday morning. It is obvious you do not have experience interacting with rational adults who are not governed by their base emotions. Everything you wrote is dumb but this is something you just made up:

Never in my post did I defend the actions of the cops. And I have a long history of supporting police reform and holding them accountable. But that's not what you want. You support an extremist system where an angry mob gets to decide in the moment when cops are out of line, and they should violently attach when they perceive their actions are a little rough. And more specifically, you feel you have enough evidence from a minute long video of a guy swatting at cops and then getting tazed/punched that you feel a violent mob response that "beats the living shite out of both of those cops (your words)" should happen. So yes, you have failed to differentiate yourself whatsoever from the world view of antifa and I don't think you can.

In the service, we trained 99% of the time and operated 1% of the time.
Police operate 99% of the time and train 1% of the time.
This needs to change and I don't have the answer of how to do it.

Here are more out of control cops beating two old Gator fans.
I must disapprove. Wasn't losing Lagwaay and the game punishment enough?

The incident being picked up by the media outlets is questionable and looks bad, but we don't know what the dudes being beaten did.
In the OP's video, the guy who was tazed and beaten was sitting and having a conversation with the officer. Regardless of what he said, he never took a threatening posture before being tazed. I'm not aware of any training in any jurisdiction that would call for that initial tazing.
For the idiots on social meadia saying they thought we Republicans were about "backing the blue", I am perfrctly capable of supporting our police officers overall yet still questioning poor behavior by a couple of cops.
