I don't think anyone who watches football still thinks this. He is much improved over the season. Most people would tell you that he is their biggest concern when facing Bama currently.

Milroe is horrible. He only completed 75% of his passes against a Willie Martinez led Tennessee secondary.

Sparked the offense against USF and did some really nice things against Kentucky in mop up duty. Talent is definitely there

I don't think Jalen Milroe is bad. He has improved tremendously throughout the season. I very much understand why opposing teams are worried about him. However, Bama fans are worried about him too. I think our concern (if I can speak for my entire fanbase 
) is that he regresses and loses his recent consistency. One example is some of the plays against AU where he had green grass in front of him, and then chose to throw the ball once he was past the LOS. If he can eliminate issues like that, and can continue his consistency, then he's absolutely dangerous.

You beat AU because Freeze called one of the dumbest defensive sets of all time on that last TD. Send 4/5 and make him run and the game is over. Oh, and a fumbled punt also.
Milroe's a great kid, and good QB, on the college level, but will never be more than that in the show.

It was more the execution than the playcall.

AU played horrible defense on the last play. To be fair, the Bama center played horrible offense earlier in the drive too. Without the center's mistake, we are in great scoring position. With the center's mistake, we needed a miracle. I think the 4th and 31 essentially erased the center's mistake. The mistakes evened out, if you will.
