Hate the Buckeyes more than any other team because of shite like this. Just like a few years ago with the tatoo issue, they let their players stay eligible for the bowl game and suspended them starting the next year.

A buddy of mine from Ohio told me they learn that in elementary school

Hearing that OSU kicker, Blake Haubeil, is one of the players that tested positive and that he won't be eligible to play in the finals.
Not sure how that factors into the situation for OSU. If Bama missed Reichard for that game, it would create an immense amount for stress for fans.

From someone close enough to that specific situation for me to comfortably post it here. I don't know that it's even major news, simply a contribution to the original discussion.

Got it thanks.
So how many players would that make with COVID issues? Any inside info on the severity of Fields injury? I just replayed the hit, and it's brutal. Amazing how he was able to bounce back and play lights out.

I don't have anything to offer as far as Fields is concerned. It was a devastating tackle and an amazing finish afterwards.

An Ohio state fan calling an ad from Idaho a redneck might be the funniest thing I’ve read on here today. Tell your baby soft group of entitled infants to grow a pair.

It’s not enough for the 2 positive tests, but it allows for the ones that are contract traced and tested negative to be in the game.

You're not saying the B1G is willing to change player safety protocols for tOSU to play a game, are you?
They made a statement several weeks ago that conference COVID protocols do not apply for the postseason, but are left up to the schools.

To be fair... we are used to not making kicks

That’s pretty much what I meant. Reichard has been legit this year, which Bama isn’t exactly used to... if he were to miss the OSU game, I’d be 2018 levels of nervous over every FG Bama attempted.
Seems like OSU’s kicker is pretty good, but I don’t know that it affects them as much as it would affect Bama.

He hasn't kicked but 13 all year...they prefer TDs.

Don’t know what part of the panhandle you’re talking about or if you’ve even been there, but it’s the only part of the state anymore that’s not a complete shithole..

recent years haven't been good but it wasn't that long ago Alabama nearly always had good to very good kickers
