I know that's what you are hoping for, but it's not likely.

Their most winnable game on the schedule is Arkansas.

Will lol when Kentucky, Tennessee & Arkansas send State back to their natural position.

Well, you'll be going 0 for 3 on that next year. I hope you can find something else that can make you lol, because laughter is important for good health.

I'm betting the true freshman Garret Shrader. Key hasn't looked great, and Moorhead was getting him reps at receiver in the bowl game. Jalen Mayden redshirted this year and threw twice in three games, so he's probably not high on Moorhead's list either.

I don't like it, but I feel like the writing is on the walls.

What on God's green earth have you seen from Matt Luke that would make you think that an SEC win is even possible next season?

The West will be down next year as a whole. Mississippi State will suffer the biggest drop-off. Arkansas might be improved but will struggle for a bowl birth.

Schedule -
1) Louisiana (Superdome) - W
2) Southern Miss - W
3) Kansas State - W
4) Kentucky - W
5) @Auburn - W
6) @Tennessee - W
7) LSU - L
8) @Texas A&M - L
9) @Arkansas - W
10)Alabama - L
11) Abilene Christian - W
12) Ole Miss - W

Nah - 9-3
See how easy that was?

Has Morris won a power 5 game yet? Or are y’all still jerking off to your 12th in the SEC recruiting class?

If the coaching doesn't f*** it up I think they could achieve the following:

quote:

1) Louisiana (Superdome) - W
2) Southern Miss - W
3) Kansas State - W
4) Kentucky - W
5) @Auburn - Toss-up
6) @Tennessee - W
7) LSU - L
8) @Texas A&M - W
9) @Arkansas - W
10)Alabama - L
11) Abilene Christian - W
12) Ole Miss - W (And their band will taunt Ole Piss with "Baby Shark" again

State could have a really good year, but it will depend HEAVILY upon coaching. The players are there, the talent is there, but that coaching staff. . .

Not very likely.

Probably 7-5

We should beat UK at home, Tennessee and Arky.

Ole miss, auburn are toss ups

I think 7-5 or even 8-4 is more likely. They're winning v. Ole Miss and @ Tenn and @ Arky, and maybe @ Auburn.

Don't forget that State owns A&M too.

4-8 is unlikely. 6-6 is safe bet right now. Qb will either be Thompson or Mayden. Unless disaster strikes, I think Shrader redshirts. We will have some young players emerge early.

4-8 is possible but not likely. Certainly are losing some good talent but recruiting has been strong in recent years and coach JoMo and staff will have a year under their belt which will mean a lot.

I will not predict a record but I think we will be at least 6-6 and go to a bowl game. Some drop off from this year but will not be as far as some of our SEC friends are hoping for. We are no longer the State of old. The program is much better today and the foundation is solid for it continue to be good in the coming years.
