We had the same delima in 1992. Florida was 8-3 and Bama was 11-0 going in. I hated the idea of playing them for the same reason. But, that was the first SECCG so it was more obvious. The year before we would have already won the SEC and be playing for the NC. Now this stupid game could wreck us. And it almost did. We won it on a late 4th qtr pic 6.
Just keep this shite in mind if we add PO games. It would add a lot more unnecessary games and bring the luck factor in too much imho.
