Who in the hell (beside Illinois) generally has 4 or more in their program as of now?
I don't really understand what this is accomplishing. IMO it should be zero.
Good policy or not, this is really aimed at the non-revenue sports.
Some notable SEC programs are going to be cooked if this goes through in golf, track, tennis, volleyball, etc.

This is the best idea congress has had in awhile. Whole sports are being taken over. College athletics should be for Americans. Yes we should limit the number of foreign athletes
