Well A&M won't be doing anything like that in the foreseeable future so you won't have to worry about that confliction.

I mean I would literally be willing for A&M to completely drop its baseball program if it meant only one playoff football run

Fair. I would probably want to drop my baseball program as well if they had as many wins in Omaha as UL-Lafayette.
