You also know that the right coach can overhaul facilities and roster, right? Didn't Schlossnagle take over a Texas a&m team that hadn't won a game in Omaha in almost 30 years when he arrived? Didn't he take over a team that didn't even make regionals the season prior? Isn't he spearheading a $80+ million overhaul on a&m's own facilities?
