Ok.ya got me..I'm what they called us people back in the day, Mulatto,,,,BUT I figure if Obama can be the first black prez and be only half such..then,well, I can be a black poster on a message board on the world wide web..even if I'm only half black..though I confess my adoptive parents are white..guess that makes me a self hating racist, though I am sure not too many of you attended Freaknik in Atlanta in the mid 90's (as I did) and witnessed the 'illustration' I used of SEVERAL incidents (as I did)..
Sorry for derailing your latest AU death penalty fap fest...

No I believe that Thamel had to get a quote from a basketball coach, because no one else would corroborate his story.
"a" basketball coach?
quote:
“You’ll know when we’re finished,” Roe Lach told Chizik, according to several coaches who were at the meeting. “And we’re not finished.”

Are we really arguing that it didn't happen? Yes, four basketball coaches made it all up.
They are basketball coaches though. That means they lack credibility. Obviously it would behoove Kevin Stallings to try and sully the good name of Auburn football.

Insert head in sand joke

Well this explains why AU didn't release their violations to the media when Alabama did.

They all got into a corner, and drew straws to see which four would tell a lie. Calipari didn't tell them, but he bought the longest straw.

AU is screwed...gonna get drilled!!
Posted on 7/13/11 at 9:15 pm to Woopigsooie20
I heard that they were seen in the conference room before everyone arrived making sure that all of their stories were right so it would be more believable.

If AU fans are confident that they did nothing wrong, why is an investigation so troubling?
Yeah the NCAA can be inconsistent in their punishments but they aren't known to fabricate evidence

I'm actually a little disappointed in Anthony Grant. He could have confirmed it and possibly even made a "u mad" joke.

Look when an someone from the NCAA is asked a question about an ogoing ivestigation their standard reply is "We do not comment on an ongoing investigation". They don't say one word about it. Since the rule states an institution must follow the same confidentiality until it is completed, do you think he would make any comment at all? In fact for 8 months he offered no comment. As did the coaches, AD, and University.
I have offered the information if you want to learn more about the process by all means google.
I really appreciate it.
So, you're saying the investigation is closed? And AU hasn't officially announced it because they just haven't gotten around to it yet? Am I right so far?

New article in Al.com
quote:
The session began with Tennessee coach Derek Dooley calling for the NCAA to speed up investigations because lengthy probes "are killing recruiting," a coach told the Auburn Bureau of al.com. The coach said Chizik continued Dooley's request with Roe Lach.

Auburn, the NCAA and the SEC declined comment.
