Baylor has not passed Texas as a program. You don't see rumors about Nick Saban going to Baylor. You see them about him going to Texas because they are still a top 5 program in the country, maybe not right at the moment, but the big time programs always find their way back.

I think Baylor will EASILY cover. If they lose, it's nearly disastrous for the Big XII but that won't happen.

That would never make it to the LHN game replay.
I have Baylor around 42-13. I actually don't know how Texas is going to score but I just can't see them getting blanked at home.

You're prob not from Texas, and therefore don't know the reality; but Baylor is ... challenged(?), in just about every way possible.
Every now and then, FIU is going to catch lightning in a bottle and win some games v FSU and Florida.
