Tucker said he saw a man walking down the street with a television after a window in a business was smashed.

Part of the article from The State. Apparently the protesters are celebrating the memory of George Floyd by looting.

I watched it all live from 7-Midnight, from the time that it was relatively peaceful to the time that they started busting windows and smashing cop cars. Some of the craziest shite watching places I know very well get assaulted like that. And while some of it were dumb kids doing dumb kid shite, there was clearly an element of organization and decisiveness to some of the major damage that was there with the intention of turning shot violent.

I remember the protests in Baton Rouge in 2016. There was nothing like this.

Yeah, they tried to block Airline Highway a couple times. The cops ushered them off the road, back behind the barricades, and gave them bottled water.

Then, after those cops were murdered right down the road, they canceled the protest.

All the major cities in SC are in the process of being destroyed. Columbia is the worst, Charleston is almost as bad. Greenville, where I live, they are starting up.

The mayor of St. Paul said 80% of the people arrested last night were from out of state.

. This was a a lie from their liberal mayor. Approximately 86% were from in state

This was wrong. He corrected it this afternoon. Vast majority arrested were locals.

I don't care where they came from, it's nice to know they are being arrested for it.

The Vista downtown is destroyed. Thick smoke. Armed SWAT and armored vehicle advancing down near Lady and Gervais Streets in downtown Cola. 4 cops seriously injured so far. Flash grenades going off.

I'm not kidding when I say my heart is breaking for a city I love with everything I am.

Lived in downtown Columbia for 3 years - a few blocks from that area. Sad to see what's happening

Really? I would have thought these events would have had white people moving into predominately black neighborhoods left and right.

On serious/related note. I was about to sign a contract on a house in such a neighborhood on Monday. As in the neighbors houses are mostly boarded up kind of neighborhood.

I think I'll be passing on that one for now.

There are multiple such reports.
That statement has been walked back by many community leaders.

CBS News: St. Paul mayor says earlier comments about arrested protesters being out of state were not correct
quote:

The mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, said Saturday night that earlier statements that all the protesters who were arrested Friday were from out-of-state were not correct. Mayor Melvin Carter blamed inaccurate information given to him during a police briefing.

"This morning I shared with you arrest data received in my morning police briefing which I later learned to be inaccurate," Carter said at a press conference.
