So Arkansas fires their Head Coach. Auburn hires him as OC. Arkansas then takes UGA’s Oline Coach to be Head Coach.

Mizzou fires their Head Coach. Arkansas hires him as DC. Mizzou takes a guy from the Gus coaching tree as their HC.

Ole Miss fires their Head Coach. UGA hires him as their Oline Coach. Ole Miss then hires a former UT Head Coach and former Alabama OC.

Have we become so dominant there’s no coaches outside our own conference to hire?

And all of these got beat by a d-line coach, a TE coach, a big 10 defensive coordinator and a grad assistant from Penn State.

Enjoy it because next year yall will be back to calling for O's head when he doesn't have a Heisman QB.

Dominant? More like self-referential. The programs hire each other's cast-offs because they all fetishize "SEC experience" & because SEC schools are generally quick to fire coaches who aren't winning big & winning now, so every year there are always a few who need work. (Well, except for USCe. Man it must be nice working for Ray Tanner!) Many of them are good coaches & will likely work out at their new jobs. But still it's a limited pool to draw from, while there are obviously plenty of good coaches outside the SEC.

Almost all hires come from "within the family" in football. That's why there's so little innovation in such a highly paid industry.

There's a reason head coaches who lost their jobs go back to being coordinators and position coaches.

Frick this conference. Our fans just care way too much and like to latch onto conference pride when their teams suck. That's the only thing that sets the SEC apart.

It’s just as dominant as it has ever been. Conference strength correlates most to recruiting strength. The SEC currently has 6 of the top 9 ranked recruiting classes.

It currently has 5 of the top 9 ranked in the AP Poll.

The SEC is just as dominant as ever.
