I wonder how long it’s been since Ole Miss was ranked ahead of Alabama when they played

Dude,, you’re gonna be praying for this and saying it the next 4 weeks on Dec 4th. You’re gonna be like , we got screwed….I’ll say it again.. it’s like this….
1. Undefeated P5 champ
2. Undefeated Notre Dame
3. 1 loss P 5 champ
4. 1 loss Notre Dame , Last years champ, or Big Brand team ( Tennessee is here imo)
5. Undefeated G5 champ(with a 2 marquee P5 wins)
6. 2 loss P5 champ
*LSU a champ is the only thing that could change this. Maybe! PSU did not get in 2016.

You think a 1 loss, non conference champ, 11 win UT team gets in over a 1 loss Southern Cal, with a conf champ and 12 wins?
You haven’t listened to any discussions on the CFP from the committee? Hell UGA wouldn’t have gotten in last year if there had been a 1 loss conf champ to put in.

The butthurt when teams like Clemson, Oregon, USC, UCLA or UNC pass you after winning their title games is going to be really amusing.
Same when Michigan loses to OSU and still stays ahead of you with 1-loss.
But hey... hold on to your hope.

What has Ole Miss done? I would have them about 7 spots lower. Tulane has a more impressive win.

tulane has a win over the #22 team in the coaches poll. Ole Miss has a win over #24.
Tulane has a loss to a 5-4 Sunbelt team though. Ole Miss has a loss to a 7-2 team ranked #8 in the nation.
