Clemson would not go undefeated in the SEC

There is a HUGE difference in playing NFL talent and the hard hits (which leads to either more injuries or just a wear of beatings during the season).
Big difference playing an LSU one week, maybe a Tennessee next week followed by an Auburn, maybe a Georgia and a Alabama. And the other teams like A&M or a Florida etc makes for a schedule you gotta get up for every week unlike the ACC.
I’ve heard it often from coaches that you can only get your team UP for 5 games a year.
Now, Clemson might beat South Carolina or Miss State etc in the conference but they are going to need the tub after each game. Dabo talks a lot but he would never go undefeated in this conference and he knows damn well he wouldn’t. Must be nice to rest guys beating ACC teams and taking a half off.

SEC East is still terrible. One good team. USC was what 3rd in the East and they were boat raced by the 2nd best ACC Coastal team.
SEC West is the best division in CFB by a long shot. Clemson probably would not go undefeated every year. They would just have to beat Bama and only lose one other game to make the playoffs. They have shown they are capable of beating Bama...

As a GT fan I am looking forward to the beat down we are going to receive from Clemson.
By the way, I don’t think a MSU fan can say shite about Clemson. MSU hasn’t won shite ever and lost to a high school offense when they did manage to make it to a NY6 bowl. Don’t talk shite about the ACC until your program can prove they can beat an ACC team in the big spotlight yourselves. Until y’all win something of any significance STFU

As Dabo so deftly pointed out, if the SEC regular season is such a GRIND then why was Alabama not even challenged by one SEC team during the regular season? By halftime, Alabama was able to play their walk ons against their vaunted opponents.
ACC was down last year, no question. I think you’ll see improvement this year on all fronts.

I was slightly off on the standings...
USC was tied for 4th in the East and UVA was tied for 3rd in the Coastal.
