We all know people from similar backgrounds who did not share a bed with their mothers. And yes, he does brag about it, or did, for many years to any and all who would listen. Creepy fricker could have grabbed a couch, hit the floor, bagged the fat chick in the dorm, but he CHOSE to share that bed. Circumstances did not dictate that shitshow. Fact.

I think it was brought it up after Dabo publically opposed paying college football players. Some called him a hypocrite for making millions coaching and he used his own childhood poverty to expose that line of thought as being misguided. I'm no Swinney fan but he is a great example of someone pulling themselves up from poverty and a broken home.

Well, he's right about the homoerotic horseplay in football. In a sport where QBs have been known to wipe their sweaty hands on the center's butt before sticking them against the center's taint, some dubious rituals occur. That was still a very odd thing to do to an opponent on national TV. Or to anyone in the privacy of your own practice field, for that matter. There are guidelines so everyone recognizes you aren't actually trying to get down and gay. One of those is not grabbing at the nutsack.
