The man was clearly trying to provoke a retaliation when he did this. UW got into Bama's head and caused some penalties, and Saban must have them ready to not react when these kinds of things happen.

I have mixed emotions about the finger blasting in the name of competition but when it's done it should open up a secondary set of rules that allows things like targeting and personal foul calls such as roughing the passer and horse collar tackles to be allowed.
