Auburn played shitty secondaries in Louisiana Tech, Mississippi State, and #25 West Virginia.

Todd led the Tigers/Plainsmen to three decisive victories including an eleven point victory over a ranked opponent.

During his first three games, he had six touchdowns and only one interception.

His SEC stats that season? 109/196 (55.6%), 1265 yards (158.1 yards/game), 6 TDs, 5 INTs

I could torch UAB's and Kent State's secondary too

I would bookmark to bump later, but you'll never post again after your defense gets raped and assaulted by Mettenberger and Hill, so there's that, I guess.

Oh yeah, go suck on an exhaust pipe.

While I did laugh at this thread, it should be noted that Todd's arm was more dead than Coach Bryant.

So this is the same as 9 TDs and 0 INTs?

If this isn't a flame, then read my response:

Mett is obviously a good QB because he passes the eye test. If he was throwing stupid passes that might get intercepted or throwing into double coverage, I'd say that I'm still worried.

...BUT, he is throwing the ball with authority. Fitting it into tight spaces, etc.

If it is just a flame, then frick YOU.

Two points:

Auburn fans love Chris Todd for his better than the numbers say thing. Just ask them.

Chris Todd numbers for LSU is a vast improvement over where we've been.

If Mett comes back to earth, he does. At least we would have known for 25% of a season what a forward pass looked like. Also, Todd had the gimpest arm of all time after the shoulder injury.
