FSU is known to be one of the broke premier programs. They don't pay well. This explains how Georgia took their DC for the same position after they won a title. They do not pony up the cash to keep coaches.

Landry had a podcast a few months ago basically spilling the beans on the entire Coach O hiring situation (along with how Alleva handled the Miles stuff). It did not paint Alleva or LSU in a great light.
Also, Landry is a LSU grad.

I've never noticed Landry really wrong about much...he doesn't seem to put stuff out there unless he's confident in its validity

Why would Jimbo leave FSU for TAMU? He’s won a Natty and has to compete against only two other teams in all of the ACC. Not to mention he’s getting paid a ton of money. Now he wants to head to a team that has to play 3 top programs every year just to win the division?

IDK about 102.9 but yes he's a former coach and scout, he's on 680 in Atlanta all the time and seems very plugged in in the SE
