Ole Miss has a good QB and one good WR. Offensive line looks rough. Lacy will have a down year due to injuries and new RB coach. Defense might be bottom half of the SEC.

I didn't catch the 4th quarter of the Ole Miss game, are the RB1 and WR1 injured?

Ole Miss RB1 is making a business decision. WR1 didn’t properly hydrate.

Bama has a lot to clean up. That offensive line needs to knock some holes open on the line and they need to start limiting Ryan Coleman-Williams. Play him on first downs only and use him only on short passing routs.

I had extremely low expectations and somehow they weren’t met.

New OL needs some time together and Marcel still needs to improve his accuracy.

Has Bussey not rounded out that flag route, that pass would’ve been on him

Lacy took a helmet to the thigh and was in pain. Last year he would have played through it because we had no depth but we have depth there this year.

Deuce is fine. He did a post game presser.

To answer the question, there's some good and bad. You score 41 in a game where Chambliss played his worst half of football since he got to Ole Miss. Defensively, tale of two halves. We held their preseason AA RB to just 36 yards on 16 carries, which had you told me was gonna happen pregame, I'd have guessed we held them under 20 points. Linebackers were very active which was nice. Secondary just had way too many busts and tackled like shite in the second half.

Overall I feel pretty good about it. Louisville will have a solid team this year. We have squeaked by or lost to worse recently.

But Golding is an elite DC and was the real brains behind the 2025 Ole Miss run

LSU: good showing. Took care of business. Did not cheat. Unlike Ole Miss and Texas.

Still lots to build on.
