They tried to hide the plane tracking. Did the same for Stricklin hire and Mac.

It's tricky, but they snuck out without knowledge but someone found the plane and tracked it's source.

Mac bought the jet to ride to NH and back, fake a contract signing with a Kelly mask on to fool the head of the UAA. Then told him you should tell your family it's done. Mac has a vendetta

This. Don't know if its the same everywhere, but at A&M, a contract of this size would not be signed until after it's been submitted to the board of regents for approval (which requires that it be an agenda item on a publicly posted meeting notice). Even without requiring approval by the regents, negotiating one of these contracts involves a lot of back and forth between the lawyers, which takes time. At the end, once they get it all worked out, if they want everyone to sign the same version, FedEx is plenty quick enough.
