Secondary has a lot of highly rated guys who have not played to their rankings.

These highly rated guys are sophomores for the most part, with Bell being the only 4* upperclassman. Therezie and Whitehead are the other two soph's that are starting and both were 4*'s and Erique Florence will be in the mix at S too. He missed some practices due to an injury, so he's a little behind right now. It's yet to be determined if they've played to their rankings.

I personally think our secondary will be pretty good this year.

It's true our LB's are not the best this year, but I think we'll see some improvement out of them from last year. They'll have to play great all year for our defense to do well.

And I believe you said something to the affect of our OL will be terrible as well as our QB play based off what you saw last year. Do you own a jump to conclusions mat?

Not saying we're better, not saying we're worse, but all these reasons as to why we will lose are also applicable to Clemson. Clemson is getting a lot of credit for last year going into this season, but I don't think they will be near as good.

Clemson doesn't have a first year starter at QB. It can make that big of a difference in a game.

This is true, but if their OL gets beat all game, that won't make too much of a difference. Even if he can scramble, we can force him to make some bad passes, and as I said above, I think our secondary is going to be pretty good this year.

So can an OL. I think everyone agrees that CU OL vs AU DL is much more of a mismatch than AU OL and CU DL.

Not saying AU has zero chance because for some reason God does favor AU, but it will definitely be an upset.

And it will be becasue dado shat the bed.

Look you're run your mouth saying the same thing in a hundred different ways about this, you've suggested that anyone who doesnt' think like you is a fool and you're just downright too invested in it.

obviously i hope you're wrong, and that you're cowardly and you don't just start this shite over again next week if auburn wins.

The fact that anyone still attempts to have a civil argument with BhamDore is comical to me.

Clemson? Sturdy defense? Does not compute

Agreed. And I hear Watkins is not playing. AU edges CU-27-24.

Don't forget that Clempson lost their best two on the DL as well as brought in a new DC, so they've had to learn a brand new defense as well.

Agreed. I find it just as comical when someone gets into it with Mullen3:16. It's kinda sad when it's one of my fellow Auburn fans, but, I guess some people never see the hook - just the bait.

I could give a shite about either of these programs but since Auburn isn't going to do a damn thing of note in the SEC this year, I hope they beat the piss out of those Taters so I don't have to hear those morons on talk radio for the first 2 and a half months of the season talking about how they are at the top of the national title picture.

So you give a shite?

That's like saying "I could care less".. doesn't make any sense.

That's what happens when USCe rotates off our schedule. I'm sure you're happy you avoid the automatic "L".

That awkward moment when you realize Willie Martinez knows the complete ins and outs of Brent Venables' defense.

ETA: Thanks kk for pointing that out
