If you want to discuss regular season "titles" that win you nothing more than a 1 seed in the conference tourney, then you need to clarify "regular season title" as not to confuse with the real titles that matter.

If lsu is horrible at all sports then that makes arkansas a fcs athletic dept.
Lsu has a better football program. (Lsu fans want major changes when we go 8-5. Arakansas beats their chest for 7-6)
Lsu has a better basketball program than Arkansas right now(lsu has won the sec title and been to final 4 more recently)
Lsu has a better baseball program. (No explanation needed)
