Meaning the actual audio doesn't do justice to what you are trying to accomplish here. He had no clue what is going on with AU. He even giggled after saying coin flip.
So again nice try. If Charles comes out with an article condemning AU I would give some serious concern, but that is not what happened here.

Hell yes I expected him to. He has just finished a report based on months worth of investigating Oregon. He should - based on knowledge he has made public - have much more to talk about in regard to Oregon. You would expect more of an answer along the lines of "I would say Oregon based on my investigations" or "I don't know any specific info on AU". He said neither of those things. He spoke as if it was just as likely for AU (a team we assume he isn't doing an investigative report on) to be removed from title game as it is for Oregon (a team he just finished an investigation of).

I think you are reading too much into his statement. Sure AU could go down at any minute, they are way past dirty, but he was just keeping his Journalistic non-bias approach to the question.

Well, in that case, I'm going to join RMTWDE and claim that it isn't as bad as what it sounds like just reading the quotes.

But he made a point to say you never can tell what's going on with the NCAA, and then basically said "shite, I dont know, flip a coin'.
But go ahead cling to it. You guys need something to cling to. AU has gotten an thorough anal exam by everybody the last 8 months and absolutely nothing has come out regarding Chiz and crew cheating.
When Robinson writes an article let me know.

As would I. He's the best investigative sports journalist in the biz right now.
Hopefully he finds enough to keep him fully occupied in Ohio and Oregon these days.
