Matt ~ There are literally THOUSANDS of former college football players whose careers didn't work out.
Some are in prison, some are bankrupt, some went on in a different career path altogether.
But, I have yet to see 4 from the same institution come out publically with detailed P4P schemes against their alma mater. Have you?

That's the only site of the handful of Bama sites that even mention the HBO 4 and even there it gets relatively little mention. The REC conspiracies coming from ITAT would be a hoot if the HBO 4 had been Alabama players.

Yea, it was a stupid response, but its about what we have come to expect from Cecil or Cam for that matter, neither of them should do any public speaking. Of course Auburn fans will see it differently than everyone else, but I think he meant that the NCAA has already said there is no proof that Auburn did anything wrong and he is going with that. He should just take Chizik's stance and say no comment.

since when did $100 handshakes become a detailed p4p scheme? you think this doesn't happen at Bama or any other big school? good luck stopping it.

that wasn't the way it sounded but we will see
seems clear the investigation is ongoing and I don't think he wanted to be shown a liar again - as he was before when he initially denied asking for money and then fell on the sword (claiming it was only him and Cam had no idea)

Exactly, they searched and searched and found 4 out of all the ones they contacted that were willing to talk. All 4 are disgruntled and had reasons to want to talk. You can find them at every university, HBO went after Auburn players because of all that was going on with the Cam situation. If they had waited till now to do that special, you would be hearing the same shite from tOSU and Oregon players.

What about the tons of players that came out and said it was all bullshite? Why would I not believe those guys and yet believe Stanley McClover?
Someone show me some proof. That is all we are saying. All of these allegations and there hasn't been one shred of proof that AU has paid anyone. If there is ever proof we got caught cheating then I hope we do get hammered for it. Until then I will defend my school.
AU hasn't been in trouble with the NCAA in 18 years yet bammer has been in trouble for most of the last two decades. So maybe we are just tired of hearing it from a bunch of damn hypocrites.

If you really believe that the Bama sites are "holier than thou" as compared to ITAT then you are delusional.
They are the same
BamaOnline has been on everthing trying to bring down auburn. However Tidefans has taken it to a whole nutta level. They are obsessed. Then the Bama blogs dedicated to Auburn.
Again they are the SAME, one set of fans is not classier or better than the other

Not at all. I haven't blindly defended Bama when legit accusations have come there way. If I have, please point them out.
