Not at all. I haven't blindly defended Bama when legit accusations have come there way. If I have, please point them out.
No just accuse AU of cheating when there has been no proof all the while your team is STILL on probation.

I have yet to see 4 from the same institution come out publically with detailed P4P schemes against their alma mater. Have you?
I have seen three players/recruits caught up in a p4p scheme that the NCAA did punish the school for in the last 12 years, somewhere else in the SEC. I forget who it was. maybe someone will refresh me.
But who am I to judge

The same Troy Reddick that recently applied for and was denied a graduate assistant job at Auburn? I'm sure he doesn't have an axe to grind at all.
Stupid on that coaches part to deny Troy a meaningless job then ~ 'cause there is a chance that the very same coach that gave him "mail" during his playin days is currently on the AU staff right now.

Troy Reddick wasn't paid anything.

Did you see even a snipit Reddick's interview?
I find his interview to be the one that is more bullshite than any of the others. I don't see the purpose of them telling him he has to change his classes so it didn't interfere with playing football. Also, if they were paying him, I am pretty sure they learned from Dye's previous mistakes not to do that shite openly and blatantly.

Oh so you don't think Auburn paid anyone either then? Well ok then

Point being, Bama fans acknowledge there was wrong doing. Something some of your fans are incapable of doing. They could be on fire, and they'd argue it's cold and they're freezing and to show them proof they caught fire by something.

Hunter - They've been programmed to respond to absolutely every negative comment about AU with the exact same mantra.
When a new accusation is reported by any media outlet, they get their marching orders for deflection/denial and buy God they stick with it! The Aub's are a tenacious bunch.

Seriously? Where are we defending the Means situation, or the textbook case? Or Harris being suspended 6 games last season because of a laptop? Or Dareus sitting a few games? Bama fans, here at least, can admit things happen, have happened and may happen again. Unlike a few Au folks on here, even when players themselves admit they did wrong.

Without a doubt. Football players have their damn schedules made FOR them to ensure that they have ZERO conflicts with football.
They sit with a counselor provided by the Athletic Department, look at what they need, decide what courses they need to take, and the damned counselors take it from there.
There is NO "conflict" between a players course load and football. The teams ensure that beforehand.
That is the most ridiculous accusation of them all. Yet the typical brainless updyke to whom you responded buys it hook, line, and sinker.

Seems I remember a LOT of support throughout the Bama nation for the coaches who filed suit against the NCAA post-Means.
A LOT.

The difference is that with Means, the textbooks, and all the other stuff there is proof and the NCAA has already ruled and punishment handed out. It's kind of hard to deny or defend them. For me, everything except the HBO4 is all bullshite until someone shows me that something actually happened. Even with some of that, I think the 4 ex-players may have made it sound worse than it really was.

And shouldn't it be hard to defend so blindly and matter of fact, when an investigation is currently ongoing by the NCAA and actual players, the ones in question, are the ones saying they did wrong? Especially when it will do nothing but drag their names in the mud also.

I've always thought that Tubs was an honest, clean coach. I never thought he would skirt the rules to get ahead. Makes you wonder WTH? when four of his players go public.
Hell, Terry admitted to having players still on the books from Dye that had to be paid off via Wayne Hall. He said he cleared the books and started to clean up the program ~ But that could have been why Lowder jetted him?

Umm lets see, I can throw out several things here.
Langham--Auburn conspiracy and everything was all lies
The "napkin" and drunk signing.
The Means thing is now accepted, but was not when it first happened. And as i recall was another conspiracy. Not sure about the other two recruits involved in the Means rulling as most forget about them.
The textbook thing, check out the thread on page two by the LSU guy. you have someone in there saying 90% of the players recieved less than $1
The laptop, fishing trip Another Auburn conspiracy
The NCAA was out to get Bama
My point being Bama fans are no more out there as worse or better than Auburn fans. I grow tired when fanbases say we are better than you.

Langham - don't recall folks saying it was lies. Do remember when Jelks came into it, Au was blamed for it. Turns out, Au boosters paid him to come forward.
As far as the NCAA out to get Bama, it's hard to not partially believe that, when in federal court, testimony was given that stated Ga, Tenn, Kentucky and another school or two provided money for Means, and no other school had an investigation opened. Hard to have more proof than federal testimony given. Especially when they took the word of unsworn secret witness as part of their reason for punishment levied.
Bama is better than Au.

No, its actually damned easy to defend something on which not a single person has thus far produced a single shred of evidence.
All it takes is two words: "prove it".
When you do that, THEN you will have my attention.
