I’m glad we fired Chad (good guy but not head coach material for a Power 5).
That said, we aren’t going to be able to hire a great coach anyway; and the one we do hire will probably get the same ridiculous buyout. Expect to be back here in 3 years.

They will get a reject, unless they fully guarantee the next contract for at least four years or more. Nobody is going to take on that rebuilding job with such a short leash.
