Kelly, for the Argonauts in 2023 was 15-0 in games that he started and finished, tying the CFL single season record for wins and is the league’s highest paid player finishing 2023 with 68.5 percent of his passes for 4,123 yards, 23 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions along with 41 carries for 248 yards and eight touchdowns along the ground.

Didn't he have some mental issues that caused his quick exit from the NFL?

He’s been troubled with bad decisions off the field but I’m not sure he had / has mental illness. He is a warrior player though.

A lot of people that continually make bad, dangerous decisions do it because of undiagnosed mental illness.

He didn’t show up for practice with the Pats. They let him go. It was reported he was struggling with depression. Needs prayers from folks.
