CBM was polarizing. He helped Auburn more than hurt Auburn though.. I liked him but I didn't have to babysit him

He was a punk, a loose cannon, but a very good 2 guard.

He could get in opponent's heads with the trash talk but didn't know how to guard his own.

You guys loved his zany antics. When he went after the Alabama fan you guys thought it was the most noble act in basketball history.

Like I said, Auburn fans loved his zany antics. What do you want to bet he did have something to do with the fight on the team plane that had to turn around?

He didnt. CBM Jr and a backup fought that day.

Auburn fans only liked it when he kept his cool. His actions are why we lost that Yale game. When he could talk shite and make opponents erratic hell yeah I liked it

So this is a thing. I'll piss off a few here with this.

I run into many ... mostly Boomers ... that looked at that whole High School Football thing differently. They still spout the Al Bundy thing. As if it matters.

Then you have this jack-off. CBM. He'll be in a lock-up sooner or later. Its only a matter of time.

Which brings me to this. When, for anyone that works at anything not in an office, has anyone ever said "We need a combo guard" or "We need a great left tackle" to finish this or that job ? Nobody.

Why we ever got to the point of giving free rides to the ball players, under the idea that the biggest and strongest would somehow enrich the rest of the students, is beyond me.

It at least made sense when Uncle Sugar was paying the freight to put them in the military.

Doesn’t bode well for a guy with impulse control issues when he won’t be a part of a team with structure, accountability, a set plan, etc.
