SMU (25th) 12. Clemson (5th) I added the talent composite from 247 for each team. I bolded those above 50% in the blue chip ratio

We have so overachieved under Heupel. We should be hitting that blue chip mark soon though.

Basically, when Bama lost to Oklahoma, Bama lost everything.

I dont think the gumps (or any 3 loss team) really can be too mad about being excluded.

This format is ridiculous. Tennessee has to play OSU and then the winner of that gets to play Oregon? How the hell is that rewarding teams for having better seeds

Texas and PSU are locks for the semis

3 was the tipping point. Clemson is in on a quirk. The committee was simply not putting a 3 loss team in this year unless they had to.

What is Oklahoma or vanderbilts record if they play SMU’s schedule? I bet it’s better than 6-6

Oklahoma and Vandy had incredibly tough schedules and a bye week before playing Alabama

Make no mistake. You all are blinded by your hate of Alabama. But this is bad for the SEC as a whole. Every move that’s been made by the NCAA is to impede the SEC from always winning. And now they only have 3 teams in the CFP. While the Big 10 has 4. And those 4 combined have 7 top 25 wins

I ain't saying shite about us being a lock for anything BUT....

there is a very good chance the semis is Oregon, Georgia, Texas, and PSU which is the top 4 ranked teams in the end

I'm excited that Notre Dame has an opportunity to fulfill its destiny as the first team to lose a home playoff game.,

With the way Milroe played on the road my opinion is it would have been one and done for us.

The seedings are a tragedy for the most part. Alabama getting left is not as bad as some of the seedings.

Good luck to those in playoffs.

How does ASU not get the Fiesta Bowl? That doesn't even make sense.

No outrage here. Beat freaking Vanderbilt or 5-5 OU and you’re in. Even Tenner was an unforgivable loss. Learn and move on or don’t learn and move out.

Greatest coach ever, but so disingenuous. Remember he was always for 9 conference games when no one else wanted it and it had no chance of passing. Then when it was legitimately being discussed and there was a movement for it, Nick was suddenly against it. Now he’s talking about 10 conference games.
