Even if, I've had a slight meniscus tear and its something that is more just bothersome than anything, but I'm not the qb at UA getting chased by DLs. Also, was it Trent Richardson who played on a torn meniscus last year and had surgery for it after the season? Was it Ingram? Seems we had a running back go through that...

I haven't yet, but I will. I love tits!!!!!

I think it was Ingram, sounds familiar but I honestly don't remember

trent had to get something scoped in his knee right after last season. i dont know if meniscus was specified, but that is a like culprit

Naw, Ingram had a torn meniscus and had it repaired. missed 2 weeks after the season opener.

I'm going to assume no one remembers A.J. going back into the game after the injury on Saturday. Or that Coach Saban said it was a bruise. He's never withheld injury information. Why start now?

Because it gives the lesser teams in the league some glimmer of hope...

It's not that people don't think he can't play through it..but Saban would be wise to downplay/cover up the injury if it is indeed a torn meniscus.
AJ could still play but it would be a huge risk IMO
And fwiw i hope he is 100% okay. LSU beating Bama without their top quarterback in the game or at less than his best would be a letdown to me

His mother has confirmed it isn't torn. Only fricktards believe it. Did you see his scramble when he came back in? Yeah, we would've known then and there whether or not he tore it.

Yeah but that's no story.

Just hypothetical, but Bama could still throttle UT and State without McCarron--running the football and playing suffocating D

What about Bama beating LSU with the backup

Nope, Morris. We would save the rest and go fourth string for that one.

I tore a meniscus once. Told the doc to frick off. Shortly after, tore the surgically replaced acl the same doctor had fixed.

Aj: Coach, my knee hurts I don't think I need to play the rest of the game.
Saban: You don't hand the ball off with your knee pussy, get back in the damn game.

Sims? No chance
Sims has a good a chance at beating LSU as Mett has at beating Alabama.
