I'm talking about the the program's best upset ever. Total underdogs. Preferably away games. Shitty record. Guys playing their hearts out. And literally the most epic win of an entire history.

Don't know about LSU's tbh. I guess I would say 1997 vs Florida

I'm too young to have any memory of that game.

Based on the way the rematch turned out, I'd say the 9-6 victory was pretty surprising.

I was hardly surprised by the 2012 BCSNCG. Maybe surprised in the lopsidedness, but I was fairly confident we were going to win by 10+ as we should have on Nov. 5.

Most surprising has to be 2008 Georgia (the blackout game). I really thought we were going to get slaughtered

Well, it was a home game, but when we beat UF in '04 we were +24.5 underdogs

1979 Texas. Unbanked 5 loss team against top 5 team.

for some reason the alabama people just can't seem to ever give the other team credit. It's the disease of classlessness and it starts with the head coach. Pretty sad.

Every non-LSU fan alive agrees Bama should have won that game FWIW

And LSU had nothing at all to do with the outcome, right?

We made the plays we needed to make to win, they didn't. End of story. If they "should have" won that game then we "should have" won last year by at least 10. Check the boxscore it was pretty lopsided.

The difference is we give alabama credit for doing what they had to do to win that game. That's what you're supposed to do.

Definitely the 2008 Florida game in Gainesville. No way was Ole Miss suppose to win that game.

I don't.

LSU ran the ball better, didn't have costly turnovers and didn't miss field goals. They deserved to win that one.

How did Bama deserve to win lol? If they wanted to win they should have recruited a better kicker.

I didn't say LSU didn't deserve to win, but Alabama was the overall better team that night, and stupid mistakes and timid playcalling cost us the game
