If that is true that the Jefferson family didn't know the UF DL coach was leaving then that is pretty damning on UF's staff for him to bail the day after signing day.

Well, if Foley was intrusive, and not allowing him to run the program like he wanted, then anyone would fail. It has been stated Foley wouldn't budge on facility improments that Will wanted. And Mac made that apart of his negotiation.

When was he not allowed to run the program how he wanted? I mean the guy was allowed to hire 3 different OC's, does that sound like a guy that wasn't given a chance to run the program in his image?
And the facility talk is ridiculous. They have been in the works since before Muschamp was fired.

Perception is reality. It isn't what is happening that matters it is what people in this case the Jefferson's perceive that is happening.

Last time I checked Florida is only NOW taking steps to upgrading facilities; so how exactly was he given "every opportunity to succeed"?

This is certainly new in the world of negative recruiting. If Muschamp has really convinced him that he failed because of Foley, by all means follow him to Auburn.
