I would say the same thing for any other SEC school. Nothing personal. I just want to see others go through the pain Hootie put us through the last 2 years. I don't know how Arky was able to deal with him for a decade.

In the 10 yrs Hootie was at Arkansas, he was never able to take that program to the depths of the cellar like he did with OleMiss.

I'd venture to say that if Nutt had been able to have the same exact record at OM that he had at Arky, y'all would have been happy to have him.

Like I said, he didn't take Arky to the depths of the cellar i.e. 6-18 in two seasons like he did at OM.

Nutt hired for entertainment value and the "who knows what he's gonna say next" factor. Zook will add value from a knowledge standpoint and talent evaluation.

Neither want to be there beyond a year, I'm certain. I can't speak for Nutt, but Zoom's deal is for the fall only. He will do their signing day show next yr, too, of he doesn't have a coaching job by then.

Will need to sedate Zook....the stammering and hyperness will drive you crazy...he is a likeable guy...just public speaking is his weakness link.
