Ole Miss was already under NCAA investigation for alleged payments to players when that phone call was discovered. They were going to get hit hard either way and Freeze more than likely would have been given a show cause considering his staff was directly implicated in the payments. Everyone cheats but don't make it THAT obvious.

And BTW, I'm not predicting a "disaster", rather I simply think it will be interesting see the top of the top talent all assembled on one team.
I don't see why this crop of players would be treated any differently than the past classes?

I just hate how everyone is measured to Alabama. People always say how saban is a living legend and how this will never be seen again then lose their shite if their team can’t win title after title like saban does. I’m just happy we were able to sneak in a title in the middle of Saban’s run at Bama. Take what you can get. Sucks to be Georgia.

Nick doesn’t cheat in the hand bags of cash way. He pushes the rules to the limit but stays within them. The know he used to house poorer kids with rich walk ons. Nothing wrong with your roommate picking up your dinner on the way home etc. He stays with in the grey but is smarter than everyone else in how he does it.

It’s so stupid to let one team have all the best players and everyone else take what’s left. Then we have to act like it’s their amazing coaches.
The fact they don’t win every year with the best players means they’re average (outside of Saban).

LSU gets better recruits than 90% of all power 5 teams. To finish top 5 in the SEC every year is to finish top 5 in the nation.
Your rant comes off like the moron who wants to knock capitalism as you insist on maintaining your spot in the top 4% of the nation's wealth.
