Hahaha sure it’s in the bylaws.

Article 2.A.3.e.iii

Recommend to the Board of Governors measures in response to an action or statement by an institution or its representatives that materially violates a constitutional principle and undermines the interests of the Association

I'll be surprised if it actually happens, but there is a rule.

Ole Miss kept a tight rein on him. We had to after he got caught coked out fricking a lady in a public restroom. He had a mandatory rehab stint. His whole "I got sober" thing wasn't even his own choice.

I thought he had to be narcaned on the bathroom floor. Now he was fricking some chick in the stall? And you gushed about what a great family man and pillar of the community he was for years. Y'all need to keep your tabloid stories straight.

Such a great recruiter you got there LSU — having to beg NFL players to sue the NCAA.

A new low for CFB.

So? Of course the players were chosen and not random. It's not against the rules for a coach to tell a prospective player to sue.

Chambliss didn't randomly sue on his own, Ole Miss or OM lawyers sued for him. It was certainly arranged ahead of time how much NIL he would get if he came back.

That isn't a rule or bylaw related to a specific rule. You are quoting the duties of the NCAA president. That isn't a rule.

You mean the part that gives the NCAA President the authority to do what was previously said?

Even the OM president didn't say that happened. Both parties discussed for hours how Kiffin could benefit the team through the rest of the season, at the president's house no less!

What is wrong with people. People are losing their damn minds over this. Get a grip

Why doesn't Lane just play them anyways. Surely if Ole Miss could win 2 games in the playoff with Pete Golding and Charlie Weiss, LSU can win with Blake Baker and Charlie Weiss. And the 50% fine on their operating budget, LSU don't care about no fine. They rolling in that private equity money.

Problem solved. LSU gets to do right by the players they promised, Lane can go fishing or play on twitter, and LSU gets to tell everyone again that their funds are endless.

That's not true at all. They have plenty of sauces with their cold arse chicken finger trays.

SEC has to punish LSU and Lane for this.

Ok. Cool. Now do Ole Miss & their legal gymnastics for Chambliss & his sniffles to get another undeserved year of eligibility.

He has already gone rogue against the LSU President who voted in favor of the new changes.

Horse shite. I can't tell you how many such posts I read from Ole Miss fans on this board over the years until he left. Let me get this straight. He was caught coked out, banging a woman in a public bathroom, had to be narcaned on the bathroom floor, sent to rehab, and your AD still entrusted him with a multi million dollar football program? Then he supposedly neglected his job duties for a week before the UK game to stalk another woman and got a restraining order entered against him? And your AD continued to trust him to to run the football program? Am I leaving anything out? And no one in the media ever caught wind of it? How gullible are you people? More importantly, who do you expect to actually believe this bullshite? If I got caught doing any one of the things listed above my employer would terminate me on the spot, and I'm not charged with overseeing a multi-million dollar enterprise.

I mean he was winning wasn’t he? No one said he was a shining beacon of light for humanity

Everyone questioned the teams performance and play calling against Kentucky. Everyone was on his arse for not starting Bentley over a walk-on third string receiver from Air Force. He didnt get a pass for dumb shite that negatively impacted the program
