"Since early 80's" means I counted once your dry spell kicked in. That's how this usually works.
We came into the SEC during a period of dominance by a generational dynasty, AND we play in the same division as the other SEC teams that have won it all in the last 10 years. You've won exactly 1 in the same time frame as our membership, despite having a laughably easy path to the SECCG in a division where even we have something like a 14-4 record.

The first thing you've said I actually agree with in our little exchange here. I have no beef with UGA and will admit you have a better history than we do. Just got caught up in it.
I stand by the point that UGA is not in that topmost tier, though. Easily in the second, though.

Hilarious... 'we' became and are great... you had zip to do with the 'we' that is a program built by the best college coach of all time who happened to land and stay at Alabama. Had he stayed at LSU instead of going to Miami then LSU would be the greatest program.
Alabama is an awesome program built by a coach who coached for 15 years in college and the NFL. UGA has a head coach with 3 years of HC experience.
LSU had a great year last year.
UF had a great run with two all-time great coaches.
The loss to Texas, however, was inexcusable and indefensible...

Okay. I get that. But we won in 20017 while that same team was dominating, so why hasn't Texas A&M?
I might also point out that when we won the SEC in 2017, we beat the team that won the west, that was supposed to be so hard, so apparently we did at least pretty good.

Cherry picking years and stats?
That's like me saying since 2007 LSU has only won 3 SEC Championships so that proves LSU is not elite!
Never mind that LSU has also won National Championships in that time frame or that LSU has a great history before that...we are going to focus on what makes my opinion shine!

I’m talking about the most current year in which UGA is top 10 and LSU is a 2 loss team with losses to MSU and Missouri. Losses to MSU and Missouri proves LSU is not currently elite.
