Glass jaw Tua will be struggling with injuries all season long. Dude is too fragile to play QB in the SEC. He should have gone to a PAC12 or Big12 school to be honest. He probably won't last long in the NFL either.

With all of our receivers having a solid year under their belt with Tua being the guy and two great backs gone, Tua not having a better year in terms of passing yards would be a disappointment.

I don't think Bama is gonna throw it around as much this year, thus I think Tua will not improve yards wise on last year.

I agree. I'm ready to see a power running game be effective which will take the ball out of Tua's hands some.

Will he be as productive without Dan Enos guiding him though?

I know, I know, despite every Alabama fan singing the praises of Enos last year he became a complete pile of crap once he left and had zero impact on Tua's passing game.

That having been said, Tua and Hurts both dramatically improved their passing game with Enos there. If he takes a step back, and QBs who thrived under a specific coach often do when that coach leaves, how vulnerable will that make the Tide?

Yes, they still have 1000 5 star players signed and they still have Saban on the sidelines. That is a given. But the few times they've run into problems in the past its the rare occasion when someone got them in a shoot out.

Enos was a very good QB coach. Fortunately, we replaced him with Sark, who is universally known as an excellent QB coach. So - I don't think there will be much drop off.

Enos is a fantastic QB teacher, though. Just look at the change in Jalen Hurts for evidence.

This is laughable. The guy is probably the best pure passer the SEC has had since Peyton Manning. He just finished with the highest season long average QB efficiency rating in NCAA history. Could he get injured? Sure. He returns with way more experience than at this time last year, as well as absurd WR talent 5 deep all around him. Did his super human performances go down against the elite defenses like UGA and Clemson? Of course. Kyler Murray also looked average against Alabama.

They'll still have the best QB and WR group in the SEC. They'll simply revert back to Saban's formula (which I think they're gonna do anyway), pound pound pound then pick spots to go deep. They'll throw enough underneath to give LB's something to think about.

I don't see them being any more or less vulnerable than usual.

I, for one, am very glad we never got to see a Jalen Hurts tutored by Enos for three or four years.

Sark can be a very good OC, but, and I know he's changed, his past history worries me. Arkansas is still trying to climb our way out of the hole our problem drinker left us.

If Tua is healthy, I think he's super dangerous. I think he could be as good or better than last season.

Yes, the Heisman favorite is Bama's biggest question mark. Good call.

Sark as a OC is solid, not spectacular. Sark as a QB coach is very, very good. Most replacements would have been a clear step down from Enos in that department.

These Alabama fans ... they forget so quickly. Oklahoma was able to get back in that game and they have forgotten.

Bama goes 10-2. book it.

What's the moneyline on that one?

Probably not as exorbitant as your aTm 12-0 prediction.

Oklahoma had the ball down less than 14 once
