^----This.

Gives a 4 seam more carry, ie it doesn't drop as much and gives a 2 seam a harder break.

Not a good look for Georgia. Expect to have gloves, hats and hands examined the rest of the season.

Georgia earned that game at the plate, but it says a lot about the coaches there.

All that being said. this is a bad look..
but all the pitchers are doing it..

Longhorn if you want to stand up for cheaters, go for it. If an Aggie pitcher was doing that i would be very embarrassed.

UGA pitcher striking out those last 6 particular batters is less than 1 percent, using their strikeout rate as a predictor — the cumulative probability is 0.1%, and it hasn’t come close to happening all season.

Chestnut 26.23%
Grohavoc 26.39%
LaViolette 22.43%
Montgomery 17.37%
Appel 10.18%

Do you watch baseball or just the Aggies? Yes, every single pitcher is doing this and has been doing this for 3+ years..

Watch the games. They literally touch the bill of their caps between almost every single pitch. Some put it in other places.. Some do cheat with other stuff as well.. but 90%+ use sticky stuff in some way shape or form..

It isn't a defense for Georgia or an attack on A&M.. they all use it..

Does aTm employ this cadet to video all opposing bullpens, or is this just a one off?

Yes...they do.

I keep having to remind myself that this is the first year most of y'all have watched baseball.

Going to your cap and using spydertac are completely different. Most guys wear sunscreen (legal) and use rosin (legal). Sometimes they mix slightly (less legal).

Remind yourself to provide evidence to support your opinion.

I’ve seen enough SEC baseball to know that some of these SEC coaches are paranoid as hell about this type of stuff. If they saw something like that happening, they would get it checked out.

Yeah the Vandy pitcher got busted, but I don’t recall any others this season. Doesn’t support the assertion that every pitcher does it.

Acting like people don’t watch baseball is a weak take.

The Aggies seem gung-ho to make sure the umps start testing every pitcher as he comes off the mound..

Can you imagine the irony if their pitcher's start sucking because of the changes, which in turn causes them to lose the NC?

Brilliant strategy to try and make changes this year when you are #1..

I'm here for it. Keep yelling as loud as you can Aggies..

Are the Longhorn pitchers using sticky substances on their gloves?

It's true that use of foreign substances like spider tack are pretty widespread right now, but it's nowhere close to true that, "everyone is doing it."

They need to crack down.

On their gloves? I don't know.

Somewhere.. I'd almost guarantee it.. Start watching the pitcher between pitches in any college or pro game.. once you see it, it's hard to unsee it.
