To be fair, Texas was playing deep quarters coverage. UGA just took what they gave them. It was a passive defense gameplan out the gate.

UGA had 3 sacks in the game and Stockton had a 30 yard touchdown pass to Humphreys. Honestly, if UGA wins by 25 over a ranked opponent, I don’t really care how they do it.

And 220 yards isn't very impressive in the modern era.

More impressive vs a Texas defense than is a 1 point win over South Carolina, though.

I saw the same thing. Texas OL did a nice job and the RBs picked up the blitz well. Arch had a decent amount of time. Maybe things changed in the 4th quarter when I turned it off.

Arch holds onto the ball for way too long and he runs into pressure too much. You’d think he could learn by now but it’s pretty clear that he can’t

I’m not sure you watched the game at all. Did you just look at the stat sheet?

Yeah but he's right...he's an idiot if it doesn't work and we are comparing it to the Bama fake punt and not kicking the field goal to tie the Bammers this year. Having said that the team is hard to put away and can beat you multiple ways. The QB gets better and better each game and takes care of the football. They can run. The defense seems to be gelling at a good time. I doubt anyone is looking forward to getting them in the playoffs. I like where the team is at right now.

Nah dude, don’t you realize that A&M was the only impressive team in all of college football yesterday???

Some people don’t get that throwing the ball downfield is not the only way to score in football.

Echoes of “old man football”; and we know how that ends
