There's history, but it's ancient history.

It's been almost 30 years since A&M and TCU met in a regular season game. Any animosity that may have once existed is long gone.

Do yourself a favor and not follow Aggy football right now.

This is great compared to Fran. Fran is the benchmark for worst recruiting/worst coach.

TCU can get fricked. I'd root for Rice but that's about it.

This is the kind of delusion tRant doesn't realize accompanies TCU. When Texas and A&M agree about their fans you know it's bad.

There's hardly a reason to turn down Texas let alone Rice if you went to TCU. Even if you're not into Rice's nerdy college shite, Texas is still a straight upgrade.

Rice is the only school I can think of that the whole state can collectively support, and they deserve any success they accomplish.

Then, when their money didn't work with stadiums, coaches, and bath houses for the players, we got to see one of the ugliest of the seven deadly sins.

Aggy envy

And it is absolutely disgusting!

Is it possible for such a delusional fanbase to take a step back and observe reality? They are a mediocre program that may finish in the top 5 every other global pandemic. It is what it is.

Btw you have access to google too.

Rich kid’s schools? SMU and TCU make the top ‘1 percent’ list

Where are the children of the nation’s top 1 percent going to college?

Both SMU (23) and TCU (35) were among the 38 schools across the country that had more students from families of the nation’s top 1 percent earners than the bottom 60 percent according to a recent New York Times article.

Aside from the 92 meetings, not much history

A&M and horny frog go way back. My first A&M game I ever went to when I was a kid was between A&M and TCU.

We have about a 2 to 1 win streak advantage over TCU. We also have a 24 game winning streak against TCU. I never did have much hate towards TCU back then. They were just considered to be another automatic win most seasons. Most of our games while I attended A&M were blowouts. I felt bad for them when the SWC broke up and they got left behind. I figured they would never amount to much. Boy was I wrong.

Good luck to them

I know the history of hate in the SWC, and ALL SWC teams hated Aggies, just like Big12 and SEC teams do.

Besides Aggy would never root for their replacement to accomplish something Aggy never has.

I didn’t say texas, I said rice.

I agree with you… I think most texas kids would go to UT over rice even if they got into both.
