I would justify it by acknowledging fsu got screwed. The Bama fake bravado of acting like this is clear cut is completely absurd.

It's very easy to justify: $$$
There is no one in this world that believes Ole Miss, with the exact same schedule and results, would have gotten the nod today. It's Bama getting another undeserved handout for the eye test, only with the eye test being even more of a joke this year after needing a prayer to beat a terrible Auburn team.

Yes. FSU’s QB was 8-21 for 55 yds yesterday against a pedestrian Louisville team that refused to win.

Considering FSU will get back their #2 QB for next game and there is always that FSU defense. Committee is telling the college ranks what happens during the season is meaningless.

No it is not. Compare Bamas total resume against any of the top 4 teams and tell me their resume is better than Alabamas. You can’t in good conscience or any integrity do that.
