As a lifelong AU man, I appreciate the honest opinion, but I disagree personally.
He was a freakish athlete at QB and Malzahn caught lightning in a bottle with him at a time when that was the perfect fit for his system, and the supporting cast was in place.
One ridiculously great season should not get you into the HOF anywhere.

That's really all he did in CFB, then he was a good, not great NFL QB.

IMHO that doesn't really earn you a spot in the CFB HOF.

Joe Burrow and LSU will always have the greatest season in college football history.

Well you backtracked hard on that one. Went from only 2019 to “the last 5 years”

An L3U fan only has 2019. As time goes on, the worse a look this is.

I've been hearing this since 2003.

I’m so tired of seeing Bama fans post this shite.

Dude was a starter for one season. IDGAF how great that season was, that’s not First Ballot HOF territory.

Sorry.

Friendly reminder that Nick Saban lost the first and last games he ever coached in Tiger Stadium.

I might be mistaken, but Nick Saban's first game as a head coach in Tiger Stadium was a 28-13 win over Houston. The first time he ever coached against LSU in Tiger Stadium, he won the game by a score of 27-21.
