A halfway decent offense? Have you looked at LSU's offensive stats the past few years? Even with 10, 11,12 game winning seasons the offense has been less that stellar.

An improvement is what we are expecting and I would put a helluva lot of money that it's exactly what will happen.

We aren't looking for a top 15 offense. It's not necessary to turn a 10 win season into a potential championship.

Quit sucking LSU's dick. He is a good OC, no doubt. Not a good HC based on his career record. End of story.

Well, y'all were pretty excited about Ellis Johnson. I think you thought he was a homerun hire. Among his good things, he also led Southern Miss to a no win season and was at the defensive helm of Alabama's worst team and scandal ever. I just don't think pointing out reasons why it might not be a bad hire is really sucking LSU's dick.

But then, you are the dipshit that said I had too much Bama in me when I pointed out Malzahn's last offense at Auburn was ranked 100 when Auburn fans were blowing his dick and leaving that out.

it is a great hire. all we need is some better development of our QBs and better situational playcalling with more variety, which CC will give us

Damn impressive hire. Should make the Bama - LSU matchup that much more exciting.

Anyone who doesn't think this is a massive improvement for LSU is an imbecile.

Will he be a great college OC? We will find out.
Will he be a significant upgrade from Stud? I don't need to watch to find out.

Did in any of my comments say he was a good HC? What does this shite have to do with anything? Johnson is a solid DC. Cameron is a solid OC. I stated this perfectly clear in all of my replies. My whole argument is HCing vs coordinating.

Over a career, would you not say Gus was a good OC?
His head coaching record is 9-3 which is good but not like he has a lot of experience. It's wait and see with Gus.

You've got a lot of Bama in you is that not the truth? You already stated you enjoy talking about your dislike for AU. I don't spend my time doing that. I could give two shits.

LSU has not had a real OC since Crowton and a good one since Fisher. I do not see how it can be anything but an upgrade for the LSU offense.

PRobably the best, most all-around awesome class in our programs history and 2 days later we hook one of the most successful OC's in NFL history to fix our most glaring issues.

Doesn't matter. They got Bielema.

We're fricked. It's over.

Good hire for the swamp folk, hopefully Les gives him control of the offense.

I'm sorry man but how in the hell can you possibly have these series of sentences next to each other. You state that we don't know how it will turn out, which is absolutely true. But you set the pre-existing conditions as anybody that won't know that it will turn out better with certainty is an imbecile?

And the same was thought about Stud over Crowton. Similar to what the collective hog masses thought about Paul Petrino taking over with Bobby not there.

Congrats on hiring an OC that's been fired from every job he's had.

Thanks man. Hoping he can help us get that air game going, but while not hurting the power running game we love so much.

WTF No it wasn't. People didn't know what to think of Stud. Completely unproven. People were mad we promoted Stud. Of course we were happy Crowton left, but no one was jumping for joy over Stud. We were for Krag, but he got Parkinsons and took less responsibility.

You just made that up.

Seriously I think the hire will be an improvement if Les will stay out of it and let Cameron have full control of the offense.

You guys think that will happen?

We really do. Les let Crowton do his thing until he fricked things up. Cameron is his very close friend.
